Dear Mr/Ms,

In this edition of Tax Navigator you can find insights and events on more fascinating topics from the world of tax.

The regulatory requirements for transfer pricing are increasing, while at the same time tax audits are growing in depth and complexity. We show you how you can avoid tax disputes and take advantage of opportunities with an individual transfer pricing strategy. We will also be presenting further current topics from the field of transfer pricing in our next tax@web.

We wish you an inspiring read. As ever, if one of the posts particularly grabs your interest, don’t hesitate to contact one of our experts. We look forward to hearing your feedback and will be glad to answer your questions personally.

Ensuring compliance and minimising risks

Transfer prices are increasingly a focus for national and international tax authorities. The regulatory requirements are developing dynamically, while tax audits are becoming ever more thorough and complex. Companies’ resources are under more and more pressure. They are facing the need to align their transfer pricing systems strategically and prioritise topics. An individually developed transfer pricing strategy is essential to minimise risks and avoid tax disputes. At the same time, opportunities are presenting themselves – more transparency in intercompany relations, the use of structured data and digitally supported processes.

Don't miss it!
